Return Policy

ALL items returned must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed and with the original tags attached. 

We only offer store credit for returns and exchanges both in-store, online, and markets/pop-up events. Returns and exchanges are only accepted up to 14 days after purchase date.

Please show/issue your receipt at the time of your return. If an item is stated as final sale on any forms of social media (including story sales & mystery bags), “live sales”, or our website the item will not be eligible for exchange or return. For defective item claims, please contact us within 2 days of delivery date.  

Online Orders: Returns and exchanges are only accepted up to 14 days after purchase date. This begins once item is delivered. 

Before returning your item please email us at honeybeesshead@gmail.com - please include your order number, date, and full name. We do not cover return shipping on exchanges or returned items.

Once we have confirmed your return please include a written note for the reason of your return, your email address, and full name.

Shipping costs are the customers responsibility. Once we receive your items, we will process your return (3-5 days) and you will be notified via email. 

If return is sent over 14 days, you will be credited only 50% of purchase price. After 30 days, items will not be eligible for return or merchandise credit. No exceptions.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: For the 2022 holiday season, we are extending the time frame that returns can be eligible. Starting November 25th, you will have until January 4th of 2023, to return any regular priced items that were purchased in the months of November & December. The return form of payment will still be merchandise credit. Final sale items remain final sale and are not applicable for holiday returns as well as final sale merchandise listed below. No exceptions. 

CANCELLATIONS: once an order has been placed with us, orders can not be canceled. All orders will be packed/shipped as normal. If you wish to return, please follow the steps above.

Markets/Pop-Up Events: If you need to make a return for a purchase from our fashion truck, please refer to the “online order” section above. Returns and exchanges are only accepted up to 14 days after purchase date.

Merchandise Credit: Once merchandise credit is used, it is non-refundable as it is a discount that is taken off at time of purchase. You will only be credited the amount you paid.
